  • what do you advice for a teen weighing 46KG, which might be a little under weight but lately my belly has been looking alittle big and round, i noticed when i started doing sit-ups.it looks like a guy's stomach. help!

  • @bijaii Combine this video with my kettle bell abs and 10 m inute anywhere abs and always make sure you have good posture throughout the day. Especially when sitting and driving. Hold in those abs.

  • Are you to do it 3 times in a row or wait for sometime before doing the next round, if so how long do you wait?
