With her beautiful, innocent smile, she has transformed into a dream — a vision, dressed in the purity of her white gown, which should have been a reality on her expected Wedding day, June 13th, 2009.

Rena Homa, a devoted and adored daughter, sister, fiancé, and friend passed away on February 20th, 2009 in Oakdale, CA. Rena was born in Lebanon and later resided in Modesto, CA with her parents, Jacob and Elizabeth Homa. She leaves behind, also, her sister Rita, and her husband, Sargon, a brother, Peter, and his wife, Swedlana, three nieces and one nephew, a large extended family, and a very devoted and loving fiancé, Joey Yousif.

To all, Rena was a precious Spring-blossom, filled with life's blissful energy; she embraced life and everyone around her with her angelic smile and lovable personality. For those who knew her, she was simply precious, beautiful, compassionate, insightful, and she painted a smile on the faces of those who surrounded her.

On February 14th, 2009 Rena and Joey left their loved ones with the momentous memories of their engagement, allowing everyone to, despite the gloomy tragedy, memorize Rena's image: an expected June-bride in the elegance of her Wedding gown.

Treasuring her every word, smile, and move, Rena's memory shall always have a safe home in her loved ones' hearts.

The Lord picked the newly-blossomed Rena to beautify His majestic garden — to guide her into eternity, resting on her Savior's knees. May the Almighty God grant us with inner peace, acceptance, patience, and miraculous strength to endure Rena's departure.

Today's pain is merely temporary, but her loved ones shall breathe life into Rena's memories from the dawn to the dusk of many tomorrows.

Rena, we all love and miss you dearly.
