Your Video Is Very Useful Sharing The magnetic shielding sleeve is made of soft iron which is iron that does not retain magnetism after being in contact with a magnet.

Nice Video That You Share , So Very Nice Thanks You all the same polarity, are fixed to a shaft which is inside a sliding magnetic shielding sleeve. Above is a rotor with 4 magnets in it,[ 2 north, 2 south ],which is free to rotate.
