@honda4004 Not the English, the British. They have an allegorical representation of Britain as a woman called Britannia (in France the equivalent is called Marianne) who looks like Minerva/Athena but holds a trident like Poseidon/Neptune as a symbol of naval power.

Athena did in fact come from Zues's head, however it was because he ate her mother, not because he simply gave birth to her. he had headaches for many gruesome days untill finally, he had enough, and had another God, whos name escapes me, put a sword to hos head and end the tension. from the swords\'s hit upon his head came the war cry of Athena, who came from his head then, full in armor and wisdom, a grown woman. and so Athena was "Born"....

she is eternal Wisdom , Unless Wisdom is no more than sure Athene would be gone. I praise her and adore this Gooddess who has taught men many things. Seek after Wisdom you will Find her sure Enough. She is the Goddess of Civilization she energey that strives with men to be free and educated. Call out to her if you love her see what happends olive oil is a nice offering to make to her. She is around just got to know where to look to find her.

Yeah your right she was named that by the Romans. But I like Athena better, but the way the Greeks say her name is Athene. She's one of the Goddess I like but I love Artemis too. They are both the best Goddess from Greece. I wish I could go back in time to see what it look like in Ancient Greece...Thanks for liking the video.
