cruise up to oceanside and do a little show on the oceanside terrace condos.. next to the theater downtown. going to auction sunday july 19th starting bids about half the original asking prices. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions.. are they a good deal at half the price???

Agreed you can hear the zoom, but the shots are amazing, I really enjoy the upgrade.

Noise from the view point would be a problem.
The camera needs to be on wide angle while you're moving. Otherwise camera motion makes it had to watch.

Jim, what's the model of the HD camera you used on this video?
A couple of observations...
1. It's a bit more shaky when you walk than the last camera you had. @1:12
Or may be you started walkin' in style ;-)
2. You can definitely hear the LOUD lens autofocus/zoom motor... @2:26 through 2:45. In fact you can hear the motor - although fainter - all through the clip.
