My aunt was one of them. She had 32 cats in her home at one time. She was in denial as well, saying those cats were her friends. I feel bad for these people because they don't see the problem they really have.

I started watching hoarders and pet hoarders, it amazes me how some people can accumulate that many objects/ animals and think it's normal. I have a dog and cat that is alot of work from cleaning up after them, to walking my dog, vet bills and the one on one attention you have to give them. However, i can understand the emotional attachment to pets!

@gamer00341 b/c its not fair to the animal!! Some animals need direct contact with their owners and there is no way if you have over 100 dogs you can spend quality time with each dog! Plus dogs should be walked everyday and that would be really hard to do with that many dogs. Plus the hygiene factor-one lady had feces stacked up in piles on her floor..that is not healthy for the animals or the person.
