It took my 9 months before I was noticeably better nothing is wrong with you. As far as putting them into WMM there are plenty vids on youtube that explain how to save pivots and how to post them on youtube :D

If your trying then you don't "suck". As long as your trying, then that right there puts you in front of plenty of animators. Keep at it, and your sure to get better! :D
