This guy was listening to MJ on his mp3 player and singing 'Beat It' out loud as he danced.
More and more people were gathering to watch him, taking the attention away from other real street performers. Lol.

@bluehorsesmyth122893 every megapixel??? are you joking? 1 megapixel resolution is a bit bigger than 1280x720 cus 720p is 921600 pixels (0,921600 megapixels) and this video is something like 176x144 pixels (0,025344 megapixels) so you had only 2,5 cents...
