This was great. I was on my honeymoon, and it was pouring down rain outside. So we sat in the hotel room, and watched this. I was excited to see Steve get his first win.

@chadloflin20 he did pretty good at Daytona last July in his first start in 7 years in the Cup series.

I am the worlds biggest Steve Park fan. When he won this race I was ecstatic. Never had the chance to meet him though. I literally cried after his Rockingham win.

I was at this race. I think I would have been about 12. I was somewhere walking on the front stretch when he won bc I remember him going past the line.

My uncle who was a huge Steve Park fan was at work during this race, he made me call him and do a play by play of the final laps. I'll never forget that, one of the greatest races at the Glen.

this was gordons race but stewart had to ruin his road course winnin streak but never imagined park would end gordons winnin streak on road course

Oh, man, I was stunned after this race! Years later, when I won my first rowing competition, I was so excited that I told my teammates I felt "like Steve Park at Watkins Glen"!
