@sewardsteve Doesnt matter how old are You . I saw old woman ( about 70 ) how she does Parkour - I swear . Go and buy some nice shoes , start with training , keep moving and try to be young man again . Ever no arm(s) men do this , even peoples fixed to wheelchair can do Parkour . GO !

u may have learned everything, however, putting it together and keeping the flow moving is something u cant learn in 5 months.
