This video documents an illegal trespass on March 14, 2008, by four (4) Sheriff's Deputies, from Cook County, Illinois, and an alleged (illegal) eviction on private property.
You obviously don't know the first thing about the UCC which is really a state law. You claim of lien is nothing more than a meaningless piece of paper. You can't fail to honor youj word to pay your mortgage then not pay the consequences. This guy doesn't have to give you squat. If you had paid your mortgage you wouldn't have that been foreclosed. You knkow longer own the property--get out.
@ofc449 I think shes standing in the road. Anything that happens in the public is a matter of public opinion no consent needed and it's admissible in court! Do the cops tell you they're filming you when they stop you? No they don't! They don't have to because it's a matter of public opinion and public record! That statute your referring to would apply to private property. (STATUTE) A legislative rule of society, given the force of law, by the consent of the governed.
(720 ILCS 5/14‑2) (from Ch. 38, par. 14‑2) Sec. 14‑2. Elements of the offense; affirmative defense. (a) A person commits eavesdropping when he: (1) Knowingly and intentionally uses an eavesdropping device for the purpose of hearing or recording all or any part of any conversation or intercepts, retains, or transcribes electronic communication unless he does so (A) with the consent of all of the parties to such conversation,
Not true! Only 1 of the party's must consent furthermore no consent is required in public places where there is no expectation of privacy. Learn ur Law, a bit better
You need to learn the difference between the law and the legal system MR. POLICY ENFORCER. You are obliged to know the difference between statutes an laws, if you don't, that's gross negligence which equals fraud. You are PERSONALLY liable when you don't. You should be upset with your boss for not training you and sending you out there. When you start trying to contract with a living man, that doesn't have a corporate lastname. birthdate, address, you best DRIVE away or expect a huge bill.
Maybe you should have researched the laws a bit better, when making your case....
"Twelve states require, under most circumstances, the consent of all parties to a (recored) conversation. Those jurisdictions are California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington. If there are more than two people involved in the conversation, all must consent to the taping."
Yo pure1warrior, you say the police are the front line enemy of the people, until you need someone evicted from your property....then you say its our job.
