  • Made these today. So good! I used mozzarella instead of Swiss, a little extra mustard and a little less garlic. Meat was juicy instead of dry, which is usually my "beef" with turkey burgers. So mission accomplished. Thx for your video.

Glad you like this and dry turkey is so bad.

    Thank you very much!

  • I made these yesterday. I did not add salt, only because I'm not a big fan of salt at all, and I was out of bread crumbs so I skipped that. However, without those two ingredients the burgers came out WONDERFUL. I made out out of the 2lbs of hamburger an after eating just one it filled me up.

That is what it is all about... take a recipe and make it your own.

Thank you so much for your GREAT comment!

Oh, also you did the right thing (in my opinion) not adding bread crumbs to the beef.

Turkey has so little fat that you need the bread crumbs to absorb the fat and retain it for juiciness, otherwise turkey can be dry.

Beef typically has enough fat that if you add the bread crumbs... you end up with meatloaf burgers.

  • I recently started making turkey burgers and I gotta say I prefer turkey over beef burgers any day,I'm gonna try some of those ingredients in my next batch of turkey burgers

I think you will be pleased with using some of my suggestions, thanks!
