If it's the same one he used to play about 10 years back, it's an old Martin. Dunno how old it is, tho.

I know Dan used two vintage Martins when playing with AKUS - the one he plays here and another. One of the guitars is a '36 and the other is a '46, I'm just not sure which is which.
