The manager allowed me to swap it for another loveseat with no grief at all. I had to wait for it to come in, but got it after about a week, as promised. "My wife and I went to 10 different furniture stores. We ended up buying at Knoxville Wholesale Furniture after comparing all 10 for value. Our money is tighter these days and getting the most for our money was the main objective. We bought a bedroom suite which included a dresser, mirror, night stand, canopy bed and media chest. The suite was delivered quickly along with the new king mattress set we purchased."

I bought a TV console table. I picked out the one I wanted. I had a little trouble finding a Sales Representative to help me - maybe 3 or 4 minutes. After that the service was good. When I arrived at the store to pick up my table I had to wait awhile. They were very busy. However, when they waited on me they were very nice and they loaded it in my truck.
