It is hard to stare out in the distance on a clear day like yesterday and see the ships out there searching for whatever they can find at this point. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family and freinds of these nine crewmembers. At this point I pray they recover something but the ocean is very deep in that area

That was my cousins crew! He was supposed to be on that flight but was pulled off just before takeoff. Our thoughts and prayers are with the crew and their families.

It happened while the Coast Guard were looking for a missing boater.
These people willingly risk their lives to save people. They have every right to look for their missing crews until Hell freezes over. Never leave a man behind.

You're a disgrace, we search for "average joe" until every possibility is exhausted. Even here in Alaska we search for people for over a day or two knowing damn well people cant survive more than a few hours at best. They'll search as long as they can, and if another case in the area arises, they will handle that as well.
