the dissedents are a break off group of the ira. they have no support from sin fein or other republicans in ireland. when the ira was in full power it was neccessary. the brits killed our families in cold blood. we tried to unite our country as one. however the violence on both sides devestated our country and i personnally do not condone it. i am a catholic n have lost family members at the hands of both the british soldiers and the ira. peace is wanted in ireland. we want a voice!

btw although by watching the vid one would think she is saying its the british government are zombies but its really a message to the terrorists

She wrote the song after 2 young boys in england where killed by a ira bomb.

i never knew republicans were a minority i always guessed it was 50/50, thx for enlighting me.

I still believe peace is the best way fo them to get what they want (or altleast an more de-evolved or shared pwr state)

I dont know much about this new dicident group, who are they? im guessing a offshoot of the IRA but is it a outsider extreamist group or ppl who are still part of the IRA (which means the IRA has influence)

But that's the thing. Most Northern Irish don't want to leave Britian. They count themselves as British not Irish. It's the minority that wish for a united Ireland.
Also you're right the past is the past there is nothing that can be done to change it and any "could have beens" are long gone..
The extreme republicans are gobshites and the DUP are antagonising pricks who refuse to change.
