The guardsmen fired 67 rounds over a period of 13 seconds, killing four students and wounding nine others..."

You know... There is a whole field of study called "History" which deals with this kind of thing. Try reading a book about it, a history book.

I don't need to read a history book when I can do a quick google search. Thanks for the tip though, because I definitely didn't know what a history book was.

@dalegrible1995 Well there is no such thing as the sedations act, but I'll assume you mean Sedition Act of 1918, which was repealed in 1920. Furthermore, even if the act had not been repealed, the absolute worst possible punishment you could get was a fine of $10,000 or imprisonment for 20 years.

The act was repealed, and had it been around, massacre of peaceful protesters and innocent bystanders was in no case the proper response.
