I am having trouble with the same or similar cartridge. (to my defense the instructions were not clear). first refill/print went well. second refill I made without a vacuum (the instruction said vacuum isn't necessary) and now I have lines printing. bad quality. what should I do? plz reply ASAP. thanks

@Crawlerz2468 Are your cartridges full of ink? If so, then the problem might be that the 'spikes' within your cartridge carriage is clogged and need cleaning. You have to use a napkin and rubbing alcohol to wipe down these spikes. Reinsert your cartridges, do one head cleaning and let your printer sit for 3-4 hours. Come back to it and do a nozzle check. If the lines are not printing properly, repeat the head cleaning one more time and let it sit again. If you need help, contact the seller
