god what a beautiful girl she was when she was young.I believe that the love he had for her was like no other.he never loved like that to anyone again..not even his newer partners after her. i also believe the love he had for her never died.even when they were friends he knew deep in his heart that he still loved her till the very end, regardless of his orientation.this makes me cry so much its so beautiful yet heartbreaking at the same time.

bedgar2003, You have to realize that Freddie had loved Mary for a number of years before he met Jim Hutton, and that Jim was no doubt jealous of someone he couldn't overcome as No. 1. Freddie himself said he made it clear to his male lovers that they would never replace Mary in his heart. They should have accepted that, as it was obvious that Freddie was mad about her and she about him, even as friends.

@gabibirmoura Totally agree. She left him precisely when he became famous. So nobody never can't say that she just wanted his money. She really loved that man. Their love was overwhelming...Beyond the physical.
