Coconut oil clogs your arteries thats just Bullshit Please do some research on MCFA medium chained fatty acids..
You should not be calling yourself experts cause with a little research one can find out that coconut oil is not fattening.

I'm more concerned with fiber and essential nutrients, and I can get that, plus protein, plus antioxidants, just in a day of eating plant foods. When we think of the strongest animals, we think of what; elephants, gorillas, ox, hippos, all herbivores, all big and deadly. You just gotta eat like one, 6 small meals a day, and you're good :)

@varun009 thats silly. there are plenty of vegan men, body builders and athletes (check out bestveganguide . com / vegan-athletes . html ), besides the amount of estrogen and hormones in meat far surpasses that in soy and legumes. Men usually are turned off to veganism at first because they have certain social standards that would look down on them if they admitted they wanted to change, and they do. There's nothing manly about being 200 pounds overweight and on heart meds.

Very easy: HEMP. Go to the hemp USA site and get the 50% protein hemp protein poweder 25 pound barrell from Canada and you're covered for a year. Best non-meat protein around and the most nutritious single plant in the world. In fact is you had to you could survive perfectly well on just hemp & water alone. Ants & insects don't go near it and it doesn't spoil for a long time stored at room temperature. Nature's wonder food and that's why it's illegal to grow in the dumb-ass USA.

Nearly everything on that list is the stuff that is transitional and that may help keep you vegan in the beginning, but should be phased out in exchange for veggies, fruits, beans, greens, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and herbs. Everything I listed has all of the fat and protein you need. Also, take a 5000 mcg methyl B12 sublingual lozenge every day. That is all you need to know about the vegan diet.
