Chris Krueger's health and fitness channel, TSC, Transformation Super Challenge. Today we look at some exciting exercise that you should never do. At best they're totally pointless at worst, their dangerous.

I strongly encourage everyone to go outside and play. Run, jump, and have fun. Life is to short to spend it inside watching reality tv and eating microwave pizza rolls. Challenge yourself with new activities and push yourself to be your best. And watch my vlog, Transformation Truth

If you set goals to be fitter, faster, and stronger and pursue them with the Heart of a Champion, everything else will naturally fall into place (like getting ripped abs and buff arms). Be your best.

  • @EStewart0819 its called muscle confusion.. once you hit a platue, try to do shoulders and biceps, or back and triceps. you'll confuse your muscles and get good results. ITS ALL ABOUT MUSCLE CONFUSION!!!

  • @MrBigwhiteboy23 you can't confuse your muscles.YOu can place different stimuli on them but do you think your muscles know what your doing?They understand pushing,pulling contracting and releasing. Its all about progressive overload not muscle confusion
