How did you make the bottom of the cup? For how long do you think the cup will hold together if the root is constantly heated and dried, since it looked like it was fairly dry when you folded it?
I love that someone actually goes out there and make stuff like you do, keep it up and good luck in the future from a fellow skogsmulle. :o)

Another good video Fredde. I've never seen anyone make a cup like that before.....and god love that pine needle tea, it always hots the spot for me.

Old time Japanese people made a similer items. bucket, large bowls etc, it's amazing that when this vessel holds the water it expands the volume of the wood & actually water proofs it!!! Great Job Hobbexp!! as useual kicking the arses of amature bushcrafters!!! I Love watching your videos!! Very very impressive than anyothers

I'm speechless. Have you been doing this all your life? Do you select a certain type of wood for the things you do? Can you make the bushbow and arrows out of any wood? I hate to ask so many questions but I really would like to know! 5 stars and more!!!!!!! Keep the great videos coming!
awesome vid :) i tried this with some pine, after a few days the inside went all white and cottony, any idea what that is? any woods you should be washing out before drinking from them? i have a fear of you know... dying.

did you use any thing to seal it like pin pitch or did it just fit together that perfect?
