  • @thiphan33 it is roasted rice powder, but she also uses granulated garlic for both the pork tenderloin and pork skin.

  • @thiphan33 - It's roasted rice power. Take a handful of raw white rice, pan roast in medium heat. Then grind with a spice/coffee grinder. Or most Asian super markers carry them.

  • Love this menu... want to make it at home... May I know what's Tin that you mentioned that mix with the pork skin?
