Dave Navarro inspired improvisation

Improvisation over a piece of music called 'Inaminute' by Zero 7. Heavy on the delay setting here to try and give a 'spacy' feel. A lot of the playing is inspired by one of my favourite guitarists - Dave Navarro. (eagle eyed viewers will notice that the first riff I play is taken from an improv that Navarro did as a member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers at Woodstock II during 'Give it Away' (the one they played as lightbulbs))
This vid is for my friend Colin as he heads for the Carribean this week!

Have this on repeat, the best part about it is that in a world flooded by music of all genre's it still sounds original without any sort of quirkiness. It's just really great.

quick question(s) why does everyone hate navarro and why does everyone compare him to frusciante. bssm and one hot minute are two totally different albums style wise. these guys are good at their own thing. i hate it when people try to make guitar a competitive thing, its suppose to be about you expressing yourself. and great vid man glad someone realizes this

also i do my homework to your relaxing videos on a playlist: acoustic fingerpicking, acoustic guitar harmonics, john martyn style tuning video, the guitar invention with delay and reverb, then this.... make more videos! and longer ones :) and sell your music i'll pay
