Actually She is the most powerful hero and it has been confirmed. It says that even characters such as Exdeath, Empreror and Sephiroth respect her strength. Plus she is a beautiful character. Terra Owns.

yes but Terra has imesurable magical ability
in the begining of the game, FF6, its staed Terra whiped out an entire army using her magic in less than 5 minuts
of course she was in a berserk like state and wasnt holding back. in this game she holds back, because of she dosnt her magic goes out fo controle and shes forced into her esper form
Square Enix has even stated in an interview that shes the strongest hero in dissidia, so i think shes more than a match for someone like Sephiroth

Yeah, I dont like either of them in different quantities, but why would Terra win? Logically, Seph, has god summouns, super speed, strength, and the ability to destroy the solar system in a single spell.... As far as power levels go Seph has it.

Ha~ I always knew Terra would win in a fight against Sephiroth. It's obvious she IS the strongest hero in Dissidia, what with being half Esper and all. x3
And she killed the soldiers in under 3 minutes, not 5. Just saying ^____^
