Yeah no offense but how do you know what the iraqi govt is really going to do?The CBI is owned by the same people that own almost all the world governments. How many times have they lied to us now?So sorry...just because you have some propaganda saying this is what is going to happen, doesn't mean that is the real case.
Americans, as an Iraqi myself I am telling u are being tricked!! Do not and I will repeat again do not waste ur money investing this dinar crap. The reason is because the Iraqi government is trying to change the currency or print new papers which makes the old ones complete worthless!! I am warning you!
@joeysixtysix I agree with you on this. However, I will disagree with your comment about Obama having nothing to do with the IQD. Obama signed an Executive Order continuing Bush's previous ExOrd, which allows US citizens to invest in this currency. Dude, he's the POTUS.
@joeysixtysix No kidding Einstein. Do you teach Geography? The value of the KWD and SAR not even close? How close does it need to be to be close? Kuwait's Dinar is worth 6 times the Saudi Riyal. That seems like alot, however the point I was making is that these countries have an oil based economy. Factors effect the value of their currencies, be it the type of government or policies, which is what the problem is right now. If the value of the IQD came in at that price would you be complaining?
Wow what a bunch of liars. Obama has nothing to do with the IQD lol. I own IDQ and am not here to bash the ;investment' but listening to these kinds of liars is really pathetic. Consider every dollar you spend on IQD to be gone forever, it's a speculation, a gamble just like a slot machine.
@toddhartog The average Iraqi citizen has VERY little cash. So very few would become rich. Most live on the equivalent of a couple US dollars per day.
@jtrisgood saying a country is next to another has nothing to do with the currencies. mexico is right next to the us their peso is crap to our dollar.
I would never purposely "invest" in this money, however from a collectible standpoint...I sure would like to get my hands on a set of these notes!

@getdong Good point. You right unless your in the Middle East. I was speaking of the ME Countries. My apologies for not being more specific.
The Mexican Peso value has to do with other economic factors in this part of the world. Whereas in the ME the factor is huge volumes of oil.
