Piękny pokaz , wszystko wolniutko, każdy element dokładnie widać. Piękna dziewczyna, piękna muzyka.

beautiful demo and beautiful girl.

Comments:
1. Focus too much out side forms would weaken inner chi flow. Suggest use inner chi to drive outside movements.
2. If would be even better if main body (without hands and foot) drive the hands and foot instead of hands and foot drive whole body.

By the way I loved your metaphor of the tree !
Reason is being a bonsai gardener for 12 years now. I find working on them incredibly soothing . Your metaphor was great .

@Waxfiretape Before you move, sink your chi into your stomach (dan tian). Next, imagine your body is like a tree, and your spine is the center of your tree. When you move, you move your spine. Imagine your legs and arms are like tree branches. Your legs are like roots in the ground...making you stable. As you 'move your tree (spine/body) your branches (arms/hands) will follow naturally. Concentrate on holding the chi in your hands as you flow. It may slow down your hand movements.
