Mormons are a mainstream denomination in the US and having sex with a nine year old child is a CRIME. There are no true "Christian theocracies" in the way there are Islamic ones, and Islam explicitly allows a grown man to fuck a nine year old child. It is 99% the fault of Islam in the modern era.
