She is 100% fake but usually people who are stuck up have something to be stuck up about, what does she have? No real talent, her parents have a talent, not everyone can run a business but they can (although I have heard shocking stories of how they treat their staff, they give Mr Green at the company that owns Topman/shop a good name lol).
But I wouldn't go as far to say she is proper ugly.
