This is a scene from 1999s movie "Instinct". Theo Caulder (Cuba Gooding Jr.) is taught by Ethan Powell (Anthony Hopkins) about giving up dominion as the only solution for mankind.
Caulder then expresses his awareness, trying to bring more equality into his environment.

Didn't you hear about Climategate?  The entire global warming thing has been PROVED to be a hoax. The polar bears are not going to die. The illuminati just used it as an excuse to make humanity into the enemy, as an excuse for their depopulation agenda and to set up their communistic world government.
