An annoyed President Richard Nixon talks with his Chief of Staff H. R. (Bob) Haldeman about an interview that his wife, First Lady Pat Nixon, recently did on TV. The Nixons considered the questions insulting and unfair. In retaliation, Nixon orders an interview that Henry Kissinger was planning on doing on CBS to be canceled. (A little of the beginning of the conversation and a short section later in the conversation was beeped out by NARA censors as "personal.")

gee i bought my 72 chevelle 8/12/72. I remember having a Nixon Now bumper sticker. The bumper sticker is long gone but I still have the car. I remember my first time voting and I voted for Nixon and never have felt ashamed of it!! My politics have changed over the years as I have become enlightened and the republican party has shifted too far to the right. Nixon and Ford were great but since then the party left my way of thinking.
