@MalcolmHeardSB what can I say I do not advocate drugs---you will have to go to the pharmaceutical channel or the drug channels---this is for those who want to be free of drugs--

Tony dear, my mom and I have have vegetable soups made with a little EVCO or butter in the broth. Can we save a little of our broth (which still has some of the saturated fat in it) and put a drop of iodine in it and take it this way to shrink my tummy a little and to help mom shrink lots body mass? She did it today in our beet-cabbage soup and the iodine turned black then she ate it and felt a tiny whoosh feeling but then was ok - bright and alert. Thank you dear!

@HerbsPlusBeadWorks Just hope it's no trouble mixing it with some of the goitrogenic vegetable soups like broccoli. xoxo

@LietMonty the goitregenic may or may not block the uptake--the asian women in japan consume about 3 oz a day of sea weed and some do take it with soy so it may offset each other but the still get cancers when doing this--I know I have had emails on this from there---so aagin the broccoli should not be an issue if it is done sporatically ---done every day and will be running into issues
