Motorola XTS5000 Channel Annoucement

Motorola XTS5000 with the channel announcement option in the flash code can have each ch/personality with voice tags...Great feature for folks such as Fire men in a burning building and can't see clearly due to smoke etc..Every turn on of the rotary channel selector on a ch with the channel announcement voice tag will give off the voice tag and a side button can be programmed as a channel announcement button as well.

These radios are normally sold directly from Motorola.They are$7,500 fully loaded with the various options.I have two for sale if you are interested?$1,200 each with is cheap compared to new.

You have to enable it in Astro 25 portable CPS.Under RADIO WIDE,half way down the page,it is under the Date format.You have to put a check mark in the "Channel Announcement."Then,you have to add the voice files.The directions is under the help section in the CPS.
