use quickenings on the werewolves at giza plains then run back through crystal bit nd back or if u have a wind imbued weapon (think gladius available from stealing lindbur wolf from start of game) just attack them i got from lvl 5 to 26 on one of my games and i lvled from about 22-34 on another

2:self:protect

3:self:bubble

4:self:faith(for more magic dmg to abysteel)

5:foe nearest visible sleepga

6:foe status : sleep : curaja

that way u allways do curaja after the foe is sleeped;p
