I remember the first time "chewing" made me fall asleep. I was probably 12 years old in church with my family and this 2 or 3 year old boy behind me was eating gummy bears. The crinkling of the little plastic bag mixed with his opened mouth chewing..

Zzzzzzzzzzzzz. I remember how weirded out I was at myself for finding such a thing soooo relaxing!! This video brought me back to that :)
