ive driven past this house for longer than i care to say, lol i know it took the owners a couple years to paint just the outside do to all the fine details. i assume they painted it themselfs. before it was painted it look kinda shabby. thanks for posting such a wonderfull video.

@Icecliq101 What an amazing time your mother was blessed to live in and how fortunate she was to grow up in such a beautiful home. In no other era was America as beautiful as it was from the 1880's to 1920. Imagine what how breathtaking it would be to be a young lady surrounded by everything wonderous and the gorgous clothes she would be wearing too! Bless your Mother Flora, such a name suitswhat this time was like well.

That's a beautiful house! There's one where I live that is for sale and I'd LOVE to go inside. It's got pillars in the front that were imported from France. I love old houses.

one bath has a cooper tub, toilet has the bowl, the tank is high up on the wall pull chain to flush. kitchen is a galley and very beautiful. the day i got to go into it, they were having a sale. the third floor is really supposed to specitaular, we could not go up there, i would have liked to.

How fascinating - and they obviously kept it the way it was so long ago which is fantastic! Nice to hear all about what you DID see! Wish someone had some pics inside it that they could post! LOL If it's ever for sale again, would be neat to ask to see it....then you could see it all. :)

I have been in this house, and it is really beautiful. carriage house behind it is beautiful too!

Isn't it really "something else"? I mean - SERIOUSLY!! It's on a block with "plain vanilla" houses which makes it stand out even more.
