@luv4cookie1 yes ... i agree ,but when gymnasts compete in their own country they are usually scored slightly higher than they normaly would at a competition outside their home origin.(i dont know why its like this but it just is this way, home advantage?).

For Bogi to have won here, she needed to have added one more significant element to her UB routine. That was her downfall. She performed her UB routine very well, but the judges did not think the difficulty was enough compared to the competition.

@WarrenBeattySplendor So you say. But Kim won, so get over it.

is it just me or does she have the strangest body? It is just shaped so strangly and I can't decide if it is atractive or not. Hmmm.

@JohnPhilipSousa519 nope not a chance of kim deserving this, she was completely overscored this entire competion!
Svetlana Boginskaya was MAJESTIC at the 1991 World Championships. Her poise, self-assurance and stylized performance is reminiscent of Natalia Yurchencko.
Sveta was the actual 1991 World AA Champion! The home field advantage for Kim Zmeskal was the deciding factor because there is no question about it that Boginskaya was superior on all 4 events!
