  • I was just in Jamaica, had a great time. People are really friendly. I'm not rich, definitely middle class & got a deal for 2 people for only $1850.00, flight from Miami & 8 nights all inclusive. I work in a tourist business & know that you do put on a smiling face even if you aren't as happy as you seem. It's part of taking care of people on their vacations & making them enjoy themselves, that's what these kinds of business do. Many Jamaicans are poor but tourism feeds their families.

  • Thanks for writing! We appreciate your comments and agree with you. Tourism people have tough jobs, but they can make or break a person's holiday and how someone sees a particular country.

  • It looks nice, but I bet most of the workers are dirt poor and they put on a mask to go to work and they make pennies a month to live on--so sad! The rich corporations cater to the rich and middle classed people in the world can NEVER afford to go there. (only on the internet) That's fascism at its finest...

  • I'm not sure that's true, although I understand your feelings and often what you say is true. The staff I saw seemed content and satisfied, but who can really say. Thanks for writing and watch our other TVPs

  • Just been here, so much nicer than England, I want to go back forever

  • All those delicious spices and all those dark tans make me so happy. I just love the adventures of island life-sun, warmth, rum, and white cotton and oh yeah, the best of tummy get ups around--delicatest seafoodsssss. I am glad that there is not much crime and imprisoning systems to throw off the wonderful balance of grace, charm, and travel interests...
