wanted to take my measurements but i had issues during editing with the video so i wasn't able to post it but my measurements are
Bust 36"
Waist 33"
Hips 42" (WHOA!!)
Workout for the week
Arm Circuit
Rear Fly
Biceps Curls
Dumbbell Cross (or Overhead Lifts)
Tricep Dips (Standing or Lying Down)
