Our multidisciplinary engineering design class partnered with Lockheed Martin to create a airplane with autopilot and video capabilities that could be vertically launched. Our team of 13 engineers from 5 different disciplines came together to complete a design that has never been done before. After over 3,200 man hours and many setbacks, this year-long project came to completion. This project was offered through the Iowa State University course: Engr 466 and 467.
