I think you are mistaken 'hacks' with tweaks ...
and for your "virus" it's a shutdown command in a batch file ... if you want to be really evil you can slap that in the autostart, guarantees for some laughs at lans

why was this reccomended for me, you can never hack without an eligible teacher or someone who does hack, because hacking is almost a myth... and haxboxrproductions is right, .bat files are cmd commands, and newer os' are preventing this from happening unless you have admin privlages.
