Thanks, Steven. I also often play with the bassline in the left hand and melody and chords in the right. Like you, I tend to use exactly the same bassline sequence each time. Unless I consciously think about it I tend to play 1,3,5,3,1,3,5,3. Yours, however, is much more interesting (1,3,4,#4,5,#5 etc.). So, one of my goals for the next month is to get used to playing your bassline without conscious thought.
