If you sell your Oklahoma City investment property you can avoid the taxes I talked about in part 4 by buying multiple investment homes and using the proceeds of your sale. There is no limit to how many 1031 tax deferred exchanges you can do, so this is a great way to sell one and buy two more Oklahoma City rental homes without paying any taxes.
