He didn't go down begging. Tough ol' goat. Such a sad scene that ranks with Gandalf falling and Boramir's last stand for me. This guy had no weapons or magic to help him though which made it more touching to me. They should have cut short the dum sex scene in the movie and added this and Owl2's reaction to it (diner scene) imo.

I love how it shows clips of him in his glory days beating the hell out of super villains. It is so sad to see an elderly man get beaten, but in this one part it's like he is young again, and he goes down swinging. Awesome scene.
