I rigged a camera to the railing as we moved the USS Iowa from her home of the last ten years in the US Navy's Ready Reserve fleet in Suisun Bay, California. First stop: the port of Richmond, where she will undergo several months of refurbishment before moving to Los Angeles to her permanent home and final role as a museum, disaster preparedness command post and education center.
