Hi Guys. This is a truly fantastic piece of journalism. I am forensically compiling a database of key issues before they "disappear". Can anyone point me to the precise moment in the video clip where Brian Lenihan says that J Trichet spoke to him by phone and said "Save the Banks" or "Dont let a bank fail".
If Trichet did say that then there may be major implications (legally and morally) for the ECB and Ireland in terms of who should carry the cost of following that advice/instruction!

While I agree with you that Ahern is a total scumbag, I have to disagree with you about Lenny. He is a total buffoon. Didn't read the PWC report...Cheapest bailout ever.. He is full of bluster and lacks a basic knowledge of Finance. And we will pay for this for many, many years. Voted Worst Finance minister in Europe for a 2nd year running too.

You will have to convert it to an avi file. Do a search for 'convert dvd to avi' and try one of the sites that are returned.
You will then have to split it into ten minute chunks before uploading to youtube.
