Being pidgeon-toed is completely different from sickling your feet. You're right that we do turn out our feet, but sickling is when you put your weight on the outside part of your foot (i.e., your little toes), thus your ankle turns the wrong way, and you can seriously hurt it.
Not bad they do look like beginners. and thay do need to point there toes more. and the one that looks like that she has a poof on her hed her feet sikle.

From what I've learnt, sickling your feet is where they turn in when the toes are pointed, it has nothing to do wtih standing on it.
