Thank you for your wonderful tutorials. But this one-- the dance at the end, a delightful little surprise! You came back on, oops forgot to explain a move, and then it was like you were just swept into the music. *THAT* is why I want to become fluid and skilled and learn more and more and more.. so that I can just give myself to the music as you just did.

Your videos are so great and informative. I have a 42" hoop but it seems soooo large and heavy. What is the difference between 100psi and 160 psi? Thanks-looove the bird.

@therapizer2 100 psi is much lighter. PSI refers to pounds per square inch of pressure that the tubing can take before it bursts from too much water pressure. If it can take 160 pounds of pressure, it's because the walls are thicker, and therefore heavier. 100 psi is not as thick and is quite a bit lighter. 125 psi works well for hoops also.

this is an awsome video of yours! im jealous of how smooth and beautiful you look :) me and my mom started hooping a while ago an now have to wait for a good night to try our fire hoop lol im definetly going to be watching your videos :)
