Thank you for mentioning David Marsden, harleygirl24. He was a pioneer and visionary of that era, and I'm happy that he's got a slot at 94.9. I listen when I can. I've learned that there's a documentary film being made about Marsden (and three other North American radio legends), so keep your eyes open for that. Or find Distraction Inc. on the Web. I'm gonna go listen to Swamp Thing by The Chameleons now. And The Cutter by Echo & The Bunnymen.

@Johnny5Bench I remember CFNY. I also remember the DJ who played this tune & so many other great songs. His name is David Marsden. You can hear him play music like this & so much more on Saturday & Sundays nights on 94.9 FM, The Rock. (It's an Oshawa radio station).

Anyone remember when Toronto radio station CFNY was brilliant and groundbreaking? I remember this song from there, along with so many other gems (The Chameleons, The Lucy Show, etc.) that'd never make it to air these days. Satellite radio will have to save the day, I suppose. Shame.
