@redwingfreak8 Sorry, but that is BS- get your facts straight. Marvin knew exactly what he was doing and it was a dirty hit. Look at the video link of the hit, Marvin hits him from behind after Genoway was already checked by another St Cloud player. Genoway was NOT okay after that hit, he left the ice with a concussion and his season was over. .

Dirty hit. He pops his shoulder into his head at the last second. This is the kind of hit the NHL is banning now. And don't kid yourself if you think Marvin didn't know what he is doing. Fucking shame this guy is still in college hockey. Can't wait til the next level take his dirty ass out.

@undsiouxfan marvin was trying to lay a big hit. yes there was contact to the head, but i doubt he tried to hurt him so seriously. its hockey, geoffrion knows there are dangers and took the ice anyway. ive seen the same hit a million times and the player is downed, takes a minute, and is back out next shift. he's a big boy, so he should wear his big boy pants and suck it up. bottom line: it happens.
